These Terms govern your use of the YuYu platform, including our website, mobile applications, and membership services. By using YuYu, you agree to these Terms.
Your account
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Memberships and billing
Memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand. Prices are shown inclusive of applicable taxes, and we will notify you in advance of any price change.
Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel your membership at any time from the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and access continues until then. Partial periods are not refunded unless required by law.
Acceptable use
Memberships are personal and may not be shared or transferred. Using another person's membership, attempting to bypass check-in verification, or misusing partner facilities may result in suspension.
Partner services
Washes are performed by independent partner businesses. YuYu verifies your membership and facilitates access, but the quality of an individual wash is the responsibility of the partner performing it.
Service availability
We aim to keep the platform available at all times, but we may suspend access temporarily for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. Partner branches may change over time.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, YuYu is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will notify you through the app or by email before it takes effect.
